I used to spend HOURS on end thrift shopping. I would literally come home with HEFTY bag sized acquisitions for my poor mother to alter. Now that I don’t have a live-in tailor, I hardly ever go thrift shopping. The real beauty of thrift shopping is that each item is COMPLETELY unique and has a story…and I used to have fun trying to guess who had worn the clothes before I owned them. (Hmmm…that could be an interesting story). I came across the San Francisco online store, Thrifted and Modern, a unique cross between today and yesterday. They sell current styles which you can check out here, but I am completely smitten with their vintage treasures.
